Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Closed on bank-like holidays)

Job Description:
We’re hiring a licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our individual clients, handling policy inquiries, claims, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal insurance (home, auto, etc.), including claims and policy updates
- Process renewals, endorsements, and new policies
- Maintain client records in our agency management system
- Offer tailored insurance solutions and coverage education
- Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred)
- Personal lines insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of agency management software (e.g., AMS360) is a plus
