C-suite leadership analyzes the market, evaluates competition, oversees product and service development, and supervises marketing efforts for the Kingsport Chamber's Kingsport Office of Small Business Development (KOSBE), the Tennessee Small Business Development Center at East Tennessee State University Kingsport Affiliate Office, and the Appalachian Highlands Women's Business Center (AppH-WBC). Directs the organization's strategy to support entrepreneurs with resources and information, fostering growth for new and existing small businesses to drive economic and job growth in Kingsport and the region. Budget: $465k. Reports to Miles Burdine, President & CEO.
