Hello, I'm Em Poff, a passionate musician and educator with a deep love for music and a commitment to promoting inclusivity in the world of music. I earned my bachelor's degree in Music Education from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in Johnson City, Tennessee. After completing my bachelor's degree, I pursued further academic excellence by earning a master's degree in teaching, also from ETSU. This advanced degree equipped me with valuable pedagogical knowledge and skills to become an even more effective educator and leader.
Today, I continue to combine my passion for music and dedication to education to inspire and empower the next generation of musicians, while also advocating for gender equality within the world of trombone performance and music education.
